The following are weekly schedules for family planning. There will from time to time be practice adjustments that include changes in practices offered. Such examples will be home HS meets, WCS home/away meets, and other special events that impact pool availability. 

Many ask about attendance, while it is not required to be at every practice - it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend as often as you can around your other commitments.  Over our years of experience in the sport  we have found:

"those who practice the most - often are those who improve the most"  

The times listed are SWIM times - your family should plan to get your swimmer(s) to the pool and be ready to get wet by the listed start time each practice. You are allotted 15 minutes before and after these times to be in the building for practices. Swimmers, siblings and family must stay in the pool lobby or pool bleachers unless under the direct supervision of their group coach.

ONLY SWIMMERS & COACHES PERMITTED ON THE DECK DURING PRACTICES. 

MAAPP - SAFE SPORT REQUIREMENT:

ONLY SWIMMERS IN LOCKERROOMS - ALL OTHERS MUST USE LOBBY BATHROOMS 

Additionally on the schedule 'XT' stands for  'Cross training' and is an EXPECTED part of our overall training for  GREY & WHITE groups. This vital component includes bodyweight and swim specific resistance training designed to enhance your athletes' fitness and conditioning.
